WARRANTY 

A 2 year workmanship warranty covers upholstered furniture subject to domestic use and a 2 year warranty on commercial upholstered furniture .Reupholstered and recovered furniture Domestic and Commercial comes with a 12 month warranty this includes zips, piping, buttons and stitching. This warranty specifically covers frames, springing, cushioning, sewing and upholstery. This warranty excludes fabrics, vinyls and leathers. Individual fabric, vinyl and leather suppliers can provide warranties relating to performance.

 

Warranty claims can be made by email or phone with a warranty claim form to be completed by purchaser. A copy of your signed order or quotation and a copy of your receipt of purchase is required. The warranty covers the cost involved in repair but excludes any transport or freight. A inhouse workshop inspection is required to determine if a claim is valid and this will be carried out at our workshop

Upholstery one Marty Teare Furniture design and booth seating will emmediately end this warranty if the furniture becomes defective as a consequence of misuse.

 

Reupholstery recovery and repairs Upholstery 1 repairs to original framework by other manufactures reglueing and redowel of old framework carries a 12 month guarantee but is limited to only the repaired joints.

Fabrics, leathers, vinyls, suspension components, cushioning and fillings will show signs of wear and tear with use.

Wear and tear is not included in this warranty. Fabrics, vinyls and leather will fade and crease with use Foam and fillings will soften and form to the shape of the user.

The warranty does not cover...

 

Damage as a result of misuse normal wear and tear stretch fabric that appears to be loose or crease as this is normal.

Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product by the customer or their contractor.

Damage caused to fabrics that have fabric treatment that have been cleaned using incorrect cleaners.
